We're changing that by bridging the gap between traditional banking and the communities that need it most.</div><div><br></div><h3><strong>About the Role</strong></h3><div><br></div><div>As Nclusion's Finance Analytics Lead, you will own the finance data and analytics function, ensuring the business has accurate, actionable, and trusted insights to support decision-making across the organization.</div><div><br></div><div>You will partner closely with Finance, Operations, and leadership teams to define key metrics, build reporting solutions, maintain data integrity, and translate complex data into meaningful business insights. As the dedicated owner of finance analytics, you will help scale our reporting capabilities and establish Finance as the source of truth for performance measurement and decision support.</div><div><br></div><div>This role is based in our Palo Alto office. We work together onsite Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.</div><div><br></div><h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3><div><br></div><ul><li class=""><strong>Own Finance Reporting & Dashboards</strong> – Lead the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of finance dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that provide visibility into business performance.</li><li class=""><strong>Define & Govern Metrics</strong> – Establish and maintain finance-related KPI definitions, business logic, and data standards, ensuring consistency and alignment across teams and markets.</li><li class=""><strong>Deliver Actionable Insights</strong> – Analyze performance trends, identify drivers of business results, and provide recommendations that support strategic and operational decision-making.</li><li class=""><strong>Manage Ad Hoc Analytics</strong> – Partner with stakeholders across the organization to answer complex business questions through data analysis and reporting.</li><li class=""><strong>Ensure Data Accuracy & Integrity</strong> – Act as Finance's steward of data quality by identifying anomalies, validating reporting outputs, and driving alignment on financial metrics and definitions.</li><li class=""><strong>Partner Across Functions</strong> – Work closely with U.S.-based teams and market leaders to understand reporting needs, prioritize analytics initiatives, and support data-driven decision making.</li></ul><div><br></div><h3><strong>What You Bring to the Table</strong></h3><div><br></div><ul><li class=""><strong>8+ Years of Experience in Finance Analytics, Business Intelligence, FP&A, or Data Analytics</strong> – You have built and managed reporting solutions that support business performance, planning, and decision-making.</li><li clas
