Let’s go!</p> <p> </p></div><div> </div> <p><strong>Your Mission</strong><br>As our Expert, Treasury ALM, you will run the day-to-day engine of a multi-entity treasury function spanning traditional finance and digital assets. Reporting to the Manager of Treasury, you will manage liquidity and balance sheet operations across a multi-regulatory structure handling 12+ fiat currencies and 700+ digital assets. You will serve as a key subject matter expert bridging the gap between traditional banking frameworks and 24/7 crypto liquidity.<br><br><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>ALM & Risk Execution:</strong> Manage duration and liquidity mismatches across traditional and crypto markets, monitoring the IRRBB framework and stress-testing the balance sheet against aggressive market pivots.</li> <li><strong>Digital Asset Management:</strong> Monitor live crypto risk incidents under pressure, measuring real-time exposures and instructing prompt corrective measures on long and short positions.</li> <li><strong>Financial Risk Contribution & Regulatory Reporting:</strong> Deliver strategic proposals to the Financial Risk Forum covering long-term investments, ALM netting arrangements, and MMF allocations, while contributing directly to prudential requirements delivery.</li> <li><strong>Technical Ownership & Collaboration:</strong> Drive treasury framework optimizations, refine analytical models, and act as an individual contributor subject matter expert in close
