More about our values: <a target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow" href="http://morpho.org/jobs">morpho.org/jobs</a>.</p><h2>Role</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">The mission of this role is to own how Morpho shows up in the world: at the conferences that matter, the gatherings we host around them, and eventually the flagship event we build ourselves, by running the full events calendar from strategy to execution.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the events calendar end-to-end: decide which conferences Morpho attends, who goes, what objectives each event serves, and coordinate with Growth, BD, and leadership on follow-up so every attendance ties back to clear business outcomes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Plan and run hosted experiences around key industry events: own venue, merch, gifts, guest list, and all production details that shape what attendees remember.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead Morpho-owned conferences: own concept, format, programming, production, and execution from zero to live.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track and manage speaking and sponsorship opportunities: surface the ones worth pursuing, manage external organizers and partners, and coordinate Morpho's presence across all touchpoints.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support the operations team on intern
