We are looking for ambitious and exceptional people to join our (relatively small) team to help us build the next generation of financial markets.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1>Role Roadmap</h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're looking for an Events Coordinator to support our Events Lead across the full lifecycle of Kalshi's events, from planning and vendor sourcing to day-of execution. You'll own the logistics, manage the details, and help make sure every event runs smoothly and reflects the Kalshi brand. The role spans intimate dinners to large-scale activations, moves fast, and requires someone who can hold the big picture and the small details at the same time.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1>What You'll Do</h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support the Events Lead on end-to-end event production, from ideation and planning through day-of execution and wrap-up</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own logistics across venues, vendors, catering, AV, staffing, and talent coordination</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Source and manage vendor relationships, negotiate quotes, and keep budgets on track</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain detailed run-of-show documents, timelines, and checklists that keep every stakeholder aligned</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to make sure the right people have the right information at the right time</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bring thoughtful, on-brand touches to events that elevate the experience beyond the expected</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Be present and hands-on at events, setting up, managing logistics in real time, and troubleshooting on the fly</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help generate and develop new event concepts that fit Kalshi's brand and ambitions</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><h1>What Yo
