About the Opportunity ✍️ MoonPay serves a broad range of business customers, from crypto-native platforms and digital-asset companies to banks, fintechs, payment providers, global employers, marketplaces, and merchants. Enterprise Marketing focuses on organizations evaluating MoonPay as a strategic infrastructure provider. These customers often have complex operational requirements, multiple stakeholders, longer decision-making processes, and significant needs around integration, compliance, reliability, and scale. As Enterprise Marketing Director, you’ll define how MoonPay positions itself and goes to market with these audiences across its broader portfolio of products and capabilities. This is not a marketing role for a single product or business line. You’ll create a cohesive enterprise narrative for MoonPay while developing focused strategies for the products, use cases, industries, and customer segments within it. This is a hands-on leadership role, initially operating as an individual contributor and partnering closely with MoonPay’s central Creative, Communications, and Marketing teams. You’ll define the strategy and personally drive its execution, from positioning and campaign development to social content, product launches, sales enablement, and performance measurement.
