<p style="min-height:1.5em">Monaco is building an AI-native revenue platform that replaces the fragmented GTM stack (CRM, sequencing, call recording, enrichment, pipeline management) with one unified system. Our founders are industry veterans who previously led companies like Brex, Apollo, and Clari.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br />Come join us if you want to be part of a high autonomy, high pace team reinventing one of the biggest categories in enterprise software.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We're looking for an Engineering &amp; Product Operations Lead to help scale how our product organization operates.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br />You'll work directly with the engineering and product leadership team to build the systems, processes, and operating cadence that help Engineering, Product, and Design move faster with more clarity and accountability and observability. One day you might be redesigning sprint planning, the next building a dashboard for executive visibility, coordinating a major launch, streamlining onboarding for new engineers, or eliminating a workflow that's wasting everyone's time.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br />This role is part operator, part builder, part strategist. You'll sit at the center of the EPD organization and help turn a fast-growing startup into a high-performing machine.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What you'll do:</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own core operating cadences including sprint and cycle planning, roadmap reviews, retrospectives, launch readiness, and SDLC processes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive consistency across Engineering, Product, and Design while ensuring priorities, decisions, and accountability are visible across the organization.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create and maintain dashboards tracking engineering velocity, roadmap progress, feature adoption, reliability, and customer issues.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Surface risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies early, and help leadership make better decisions with clear data.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Serve as the connective tissue between EPD and go-to-market teams, translating prod
