Our mission is to provide the foundation that allows our developers to navigate blockchain data safely and with confidence.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a team of ~6 engineers focused on making our software delivery faster and safer. You will oversee delivery pipelines, developer tooling, and the safe integration of AI-assisted development into our production workflows. This is a high-leverage leadership role for a former individual contributor who excels at driving organizational change and technical adoption.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>In this role, you’ll:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead and grow a distributed team of platform engineers, hiring strategically as the team scales.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the roadmap for the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC), balancing immediate developer friction with long-term platform bets.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build deep relationships with engineering leads to drive the adoption of standardized pipelines and platform-managed solutions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Establish and measure key performance metrics (such as DORA) to track improvements in deployment frequency and release confidence.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Define the strategy for AI in the SDLC, setting quality gates and guardrails for AI-assisted code.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Participate in an incident-commander rota to ensure operational health and a sustainable team burden.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5e
