Join us!</p></div><p><strong>Overview</strong></p> <p>As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a global team of talented engineers in the development and delivery of our products. You will implement and drive the adoption of best engineering practices, promote a culture of continuous innovation and foster an innovative and highly accountable mindset amongst the team. Your leadership will be key to scale our high-performing team while navigating the challenges of a fast-paced startup environment. </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and mentor a global engineering team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them grow professionally and technically.</li> <li>Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and scope. Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize launches and requirements.</li> <li>Set engineering standards and practices to ensure the team delivers secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions. Foster a culture of code quality, performance, and security.</li> <li>Work closely with Product, Design and Go-To-Market teams to define and execute on product roadmaps.
