<h1><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></h1>
<p>We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Backend engineering teams at LayerZero. You'll own the people, process, and technical direction for systems handling some of the highest-stakes infrastructure in Web3, while staying technical enough that your engineers actually want your opinion on their architecture.</p>

<div class="p-rich_text_section">You came up as an engineer and haven't fully stepped away from it. You'll lead backend teams day-to-day while staying close enough to the work to shape real technical decisions.</div>
