You'll own the people, process, and technical direction for systems handling some of the highest-stakes infrastructure in Web3, while staying technical enough that your engineers actually want your opinion on their architecture.</p> <p> </p> <h1><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></h1> <div class="p-rich_text_section">You came up as an engineer and haven't fully stepped away from it. You'll lead backend teams day-to-day while staying close enough to the work to shape real technical decisions.</div> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li class="font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2">You lead by doing.
