Enablement Manager, Global Investigators at TRM Labs

Leading agencies and businesses worldwide rely on TRM to make the world safer and more secure.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The Enablement Manager, Global Investigators will build and scale the onboarding, training, and commercial capability programs for TRM's Global Investigations Team — a group of investigators who drive customer mission outcomes and sit at the intersection of TRM's most critical customer relationships. This role exists to equip practitioners with the skills, frameworks, and resources they need from day one, and to unlock the commercial value that lives in every GI customer engagement. It's a rare opportunity to build a function from the ground up for an audience unlike any other: former investigators, intelligence professionals, and regulatory practitioners working with some of the world's most mission-critical organizations.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>The Impact You Will Have:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and launch a structured GI onboarding program within 90 days that reduces time-to-independent-deployment for every new Global Investigator — using AI to accelerate content production, personalize learning paths, and instrument ramp outcomes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create a commercial capability playbook for GIs — including signal identification frameworks, customer expansion language, and opportunity handoff workflows — that directly contributes to TRM's NRR target by converting investigator proximity into expansion pipeline.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Produce GI-specific training materials at product launch cadence so investigators are ready to demonstrate new TRM capabilities to customers from day one, using AI-assisted rapid content development.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build a program measurement system using AI-assisted analytics that tracks ramp time, content adoption, and commercial contribution — giving Investigations and Sales leadership clear signal on field readiness.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with CS and Sales to design the GI-to-AE opportunity handoff framework, reducing expansion signal drop-off and improving pipeline quality.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Serve as the connective tissue between GI leadership, PMM, Product, and Sales — ensuring every program is grounded in real field needs and aligned to TRM's go-to-market strategy.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What we’re looking for:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated experience onboarding or enabling technical, mission-oriented, or practitione
