The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations to provide scalable solutions that boost income, enrich customer interaction, and elevate data quality.</p> <p>Drive technical and strategic direction for our Salesforce platform to support business objectives and GTM system integration.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead GTM systems strategy, ensuring alignment of Salesforce and coordinated tools with revenue-generating processes</li> <li>Manage and mentor a small team of Salesforce Developers, Admins, and Business Analysts</li> <li>Architect, build, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions</li> <li>Develop and maintain a long-term GTM systems roadmap, prioritizing initiatives in collaboration with business collaborators</li> <li>Translate complex business requirements into scalable, well-documented technical solutions</li> <li>Coordinate Salesforce data architecture, including data modeling, de-duplication, governance, and compliance with security and privacy standards</li> <li>Establish guidelines and standards for Salesforce development, configuration, and administration</li> <li>Support GTM teams by optimizing processes for lead management, opportunity management, forecasting, quoting, onboarding, renewals, and customer support workflows</li> <li>Evaluate, suggest, and implement new technologies to improve the GTM technology stack</li> <li>Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new technologies, offering mentorship on adoption</li> </ul> </div> <div> <p><strong>WHAT YOU'LL BRING: </strong></p> <ul> <li>10+ years of experience coordinating, developing, or architecting Salesforce, with a proven track record leading complex Sa
