Join us.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Role Summary</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Director, Project Management to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that enable our hyperscale data center growth strategy. This individual contributor role is responsible for system design, governance, reporting, and performance management across large-scale infrastructure programs.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The successful candidate will combine deep technical knowledge with exceptional program management skills to deliver transformational projects that support Rowan’s mission of sustainable, efficient, and scalable data center delivery.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Travel:</strong> Ability to travel up to 30% for project site visits and company gatherings.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Location:</strong> Denver, CO or Seattle, WA (hybrid 3 days in-office role)</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Compensation:</strong> $185K - $210K (Offers Bonus)</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Essential Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and manage end-to-end project business plans for hyperscale data center initiatives, including site due diligence, planning, marketing, and lifecycle management</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Implement and manage centralized project tracking systems and reporting tools, while standardizing workflows for task orders, approvals, and documentation; drive adoption of best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and governance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with internal teams (Sites, Energy & Water, Engineering, Construction, Business Development, Finance, Economic Development) to align technical, operational, and commercial priorities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track project performance against schedule, cost, and quality baselines, and lead post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and apply insights for continuous
