This is a senior individual contributor and people management role that sits within the Marketing organization, reporting to the SVP of Marketing.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The ideal candidate brings a rare combination: deep hands-on experience in crypto and institutional marketing alongside proven experience communicating to institutional audiences such as financial services, fintech, or enterprise technology. You understand how to speak credibly to both the DeFi power user and the institutional investor — and you can craft content that resonates with both.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role requires someone who is highly creative, self-sufficient with production tools, and passionate about building in public. You will own our voice and move fast.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h1><h2><strong>Channel Ownership & Strategy</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own and drive strategy for all Ava Labs social channels: Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop and execute platform-specific content calendars aligned to product launches, ecosystem milestones, and market moments</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Grow audience, engagement, and brand affinity across all platforms with a data-driven approach</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Executive Social Media Support</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proactively surface timely tweet recommendations and reactive commentary opportunities aligned with industry conversations</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Team Leadership</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Directly manage and mentor a team of 1, setting clear goals and career development priorities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Serve as the senior social voice within the Marketing org, collaborating cross-functionally with PR/Communications, Content, Partner Marketing, Events, and BD teams</p></li><li><p style="min-heigh
