Reporting to the CEO, AvaCloud, this is an exciting opportunity to lead our global growth strategy. This is an ideal role for professionals with a strong business entrepreneurial mindset who have prior experience selling SaaS products, and driving business development and partnerships.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">WHAT YOU WILL DO</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Develop and execute growth strategies:</strong> Create and implement data-driven strategies to drive customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Lead growth experiments</strong>: Design and conduct A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate on marketing campaigns and product features to optimize key metrics.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Collaborate across teams:</strong> Work closely with marketing, product, sales, and business development teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Analyze data and identify opportunities:</strong> Utilize data analytics to understand user behavior, identify growth opportunities, and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Manage growth budget and resources:</strong> Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI and achieve growth targets.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Stay ahead of the curve:</strong> Research and implement new growth tactics, tools, and technologies to maintain a competitive edge.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Build a growth-oriented culture:</strong> Foster a data-driven, experimental mindset across the organization and empower teams to contribute to growth initiatives.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Report on growth performance:</strong> Track and analyze key growth metrics, communicate progress to stakeholders, and provide actionable insights.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">WHAT YOU WILL BRING</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Bachelors Degree or MBA</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Proven track record:</strong> Demonstrated success in driving significant growth in a Sa
