As Director, European Sales, you will be a senior commercial leader responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Bullish’s institutional client base across Europe. Reporting to Joaquín Sastre, Head of European Sales, you will originate and develop strategic relationships with European financial institutions – including banks, asset managers, hedge funds, fintechs, prime brokers, and family offices – engaging decision-makers at Director, Managing Director, and C-suite level across key European financial centres. This is a high-impact, relationship-led role for an experienced institutional salesperson who combines deep knowledge of European financial markets with a genuine understanding of the digital asset landscape and its intersection with traditional finance. The role is hands-on and execution-oriented, requiring a self-starter who takes full ownership and accountability of their pipeline and revenue outcomes while collaborating closely across the wider Bullish team.
