Our ambition is to become a ubiquitous beacon of truth in global media, and we're now bringing that ambition to derivatives.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>About the Role</h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Polymarket is launching perpetual futures — and we need a driven relationship manager to help originate and grow our VIP perpetual client base from day one. You'll be the first dedicated sales person for Polymarket Perps, responsible for identifying, acquiring, and retaining the high-value retail traders who will define what this product becomes. You'll own the full sales motion: sourcing leads, converting them, onboarding them, and keeping them engaged as the product evolves.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a zero-to-one role with real ownership, real targets, and a real opportunity to build a franchise from scratch. You'll work directly with the Head of Markets and report into senior leadership.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>What You'll Do</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and own a pipeline of VIP retail traders — active derivatives traders across crypto and traditional markets who are a natural fit for Polymarket Perps</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive the full sales cycle end to end: outreach, qualification, conversion, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop a deep understanding of how high-value retail traders think about perps — spreads, funding, leverage, margin — and use that to position Polymarket's product effectively</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own onboarding for your book: coordinate across product, legal, and compliance to get clients live quickly and with a great experience</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Serve as the voice of VIP retail clients internally — synthesize feedback on product gaps, pricing, and UX and relay it to the perps product team</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build playbooks, outreach templates, and onboarding materials as you learn what works — leave the next hire better off than you started</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track client activity and health across your book; flag churn risk early and identify opportunities to grow wallet share</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Represent Polymarket at trading events, crypto conferences, and commun
