We are expanding our regional operations and are seeking an experienced executive to help scale our business, strengthen operational excellence, and drive execution across multiple jurisdictions.</p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Deputy CEO</strong> who will primarily perform the functions of a <strong>Regional Chief Operating Officer (COO)</strong>. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives while supporting the CEO in achieving the company's long-term objectives.</p> <p>This is a senior leadership position requiring strong operational expertise within the traditional payments industry and the ability to manage regulated financial services across multiple European markets.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and coordinate operational activities across Telcoin Europe's regional business.</li> <li>Execute the company's strategic objectives and ensure efficient day-to-day operations.</li> <li>Develop and optimize operational processes, governance frameworks, and internal controls.</li> <li>Support expansion into new European markets and manage cross-border operational projects.</li> <li>Build and maintain relationships with banking partners, payment service providers, schemes, and other financial institutions.</li> <li>Oversee implementation and optimization of payment products and operational processes.</li> <li>Drive operational efficiency through automation, process improvements, and performance management.</li> <li>Manage external service providers and strategic partners.</li> <li>Support regulatory projects and operational readiness for new financial products.</li> <li>Monitor operational risks and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are implemented.</li> <li>Prepare management reports and present operational performance to senior management and the Board.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum <strong>3 years of senior management experience</strong> within regulated financial services.</li> <li>Extensive experience in <strong>traditional payments</strong&
