Our mission is to provide scalable, reliable, and secure data access to support critical business needs, including product analytics, business intelligence, client and regulatory reporting, and operational efficiencies. By continuously enhancing our data platform, we drive innovation, optimize costs, and unlock new revenue opportunities. You'll be working closely with a small, high-impact team of engineers across US and India time zones.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>About the role</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are looking for a Data Platform Engineer to focus on Snowflake account management, security, and data governance through Infrastructure as Code. You will own the Terraform-based management of our Snowflake environment — designing and maintaining modules that govern roles, access controls, masking policies, data classification, and resource provisioning. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep Snowflake administration expertise with strong Terraform skills and a passion for building well-governed, automated data infrastructure in a regulated financial services environment.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What you’ll do</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Develop and maintain Terraform modules for Snowflake account management, including roles, warehouses, databases, grants, and integrations</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Implement and manage role-based access controls (RBAC), data governance tags, and dynamic masking policies in Snowflake using Infrastructure as Code</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Snowflake infrastructure changes using GitHub Actions</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Manage Snowflake security configurations including network policies, service accounts, and identity provider integrations</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Optimize Snowflake resource utilization, warehouse performance, and cost efficiency</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">- Collaborate with engineering and analytics teams to define and enforce data gov
