IMMOLY turns this into a proactive AI-based property management platform: agents that understand incoming requests, structure tasks, communicate with tenants and service providers, and help landlords manage their properties with far less operational effort.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We are already incorporated, pre-seed funded, and have a first stack of users. The first product is live, the core direction is clear, and now we are looking for a hands-on CTO / Technical Lead who can take ownership of the product and technology as a co-founder.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong><u>What you'll own:</u></strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will need to make good technical decisions under uncertainty, and help turn a working MVP into a scalable SaaS product used by real customers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will own the technical product end-to-end.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will ship full features across frontend, backend, database, cloud infrastructure, integrations, and AI agents.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will work closely with the founder/CEO on product direction, user feedback, roadmap, hiring, architecture, and technical execution.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will not just manage engineers. In the beginning, you will be hands-on in the codebase every week.
