As Morpho expands beyond crypto-collateralized markets, this person will act as co-pilot to the Head of Institutional Growth — turning complex regulatory and structural questions into closed deals.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with the Head of Institutional Growth on institutional conversations, providing structured finance credibility and depth to accelerate complex deal negotiations with banks and asset managers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Structure origination agreements across securitizations, asset-backed facilities, and private credit deals, designing the terms that make each partnership viable on Morpho's protocol.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify and flag regulatory, compliance, and bank-internal process risks early in deal cycles, proposing concrete mitigations to keep integrations on track.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Guide fintech and distribution partners on illiquid-market questions — determining which origination models fit Morpho's existing infrastructure and which require cu
