Design at Kalshi spans brand, growth, performance, partnerships, events, and product marketing - and the volume of work is growing fast. You'll own the systems, timelines, and coordination that keep everything moving, so our designers and creative leads can stay focused on the actual creative work.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You'll Do</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Project &amp; Timeline Management (35%)</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own end-to-end project management for all creative work across campaigns, launches, events, and marketing initiatives</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain a centralized system for active projects, priorities, and team capacity</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure all projects are delivered on time - and flag risks before they become problems</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run weekly project status reporting across all stakeholder teams</p></li></ul></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Cross-Team Communication &amp; Alignment (25%)</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Serve as the primary operational point of contact between the design team and Growth, Partnerships, Performance, and Events</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate incoming requests into properly scoped briefs with clear timelines and deliverables</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Reduce ad hoc and last-minute requests through proactive planning and stakeholder communication</p></li></ul></li><li><p style=
