In this high-impact role, you will help build and scale a best-in-class global treasury function, supporting the company’s continued growth across both traditional financial infrastructure and digital assets. You will play a critical role in managing liquidity, optimizing capital deployment, strengthening banking and counterparty relationships, and enhancing treasury operations in a fast-moving, global environment.</p> <h4 data-section-id="134uo49" data-start="541" data-end="560">WHAT YOU WILL DO</h4> <ul data-start="562" data-end="2606"> <li data-section-id="vjevfu" data-start="562" data-end="748">Build and maintain strong relationships with external financial partners including corporate banks, payment providers, asset managers, liquidity providers, and other key counterparties</li> <li data-section-id="1xxd9bj" data-start="749" data-end="889">Lead and evolve the company’s global treasury operations across cash management, liquidity planning, funding strategy, and risk management</li> <li data-section-id="1lfhyr2" data-start="890" data-end="1026">Develop and maintain sophisticated cash flow forecasting and liquidity models in close partnership with FP&A and broader Finance teams</li> <li data-section-id="1vlk5n0" data-start="1027" data-end="1174">Design, implement, and enhance treasury policies, controls, reporting frameworks, and operational procedures to support a scaling global business</li> <li data-section-id="1drgag5" data-start="1175" data-end="1308">Monitor and manage fiat and digital asset liquidity across multiple banking partners, currencies, jurisdictions, and counterparties</li> <li data-section-id="1lzau82" data-start="1309" data-end="1464">Drive treasury infrastructure improvements, including automation initiatives, treasury management systems, payment workflows, and operational scalability</li> <li data-section-id="1o4usjs" data-start="1465" data-end="1600">Analyze and optimize capital
