Join a team of top talent from the world’s leading fintech and tech companies, and help build a financial infrastructure that knows no borders!</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Financial Close &amp; Reporting</strong>: Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, including multi-entity consolidations and preparation of financial statements. SQL expertise is required for the closing process.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>External Accountants Coordination:</strong> Coordinate the accounting process and administrative and tax filings with the external accountants and auditors</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Compliance &amp; Standards</strong>: Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards, including IFRS/GAAP, and manage external audits</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Tax &amp; Regulatory Filings</strong>: Oversee tax filings, liaise with external tax advisors, and ensure compliance with financial regulations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>ERP implementation: </strong>lead the implementation of group-wise ERP system, including the set-up of CoA, accounting data entries, data flows and analytics</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Invoice processing</strong>: receiving, filtering and processing the A/P and A/R invoices. Setting up the process and coordinating effort with Treasury for payment of due invoices</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Process Improvement</strong>: Identify and implement automation and optimization strategies for accounting processes</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong>: Work closely with Treasury, FP&amp;A, and other teams to ensure alignment in financial reporting and compliance</p></li></ul><h1><strong>What you'll need</strong></h1><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience handling financial operations across different regulatory<br /> environments</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong knowledge of multi-entity consolidation, IFRS, GAAP, and<br /> international compliance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes<br /> Efficiently</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Analytical mindset able to withstand fast-paced, high-uncertainty, high-growth<br />fintech en
