You'll own a portfolio of homes end-to-end — catching construction conflicts before they become field problems, keeping documentation clean across all disciplines, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks between design intent and site execution.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Your day-to-day</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own design development and construction detailing across multiple homes simultaneously</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Catch and resolve issues at critical construction junctions - before they ever reach the site</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Review drawings with a sharp eye for constructability — conflicts, gaps, ambiguities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate across structural, MEP, and civil disciplines to keep documentation clean</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Keep reporting tight, consistent, and reli
