<li data-section-id="ue2f36" data-start="103" data-end="278">Perform transaction monitoring and payment screening activities in accordance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and financial crime risk management standards.</li>
<li data-section-id="tr8s10" data-start="279" data-end="428">Investigate and assess suspicious transactions, conduct detailed case reviews, and prepare Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) where appropriate.</li>
<li data-section-id="rvhra" data-start="429" data-end="591">Collaborate closely with team members on alert management, investigations, escalations, and case disposition decisions to ensure timely and consistent outcomes.</li>
<li data-section-id="1vvxidh" data-start="592" data-end="742">Support the Financial Crime Lead in managing escalations, conducting quality assurance reviews, and enhancing investigation standards and processes.</li>
<li data-section-id="1d2ksvs" data-start="743" data-end="906">Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable AML/CFT regulations, guidelines, and regulatory expectations, while identifying opportunities for process improvements.</li>
<li data-section-id="s41l40" data-start="907" data-end="1048">Participate in ad hoc projects, initiatives, and cross-functional efforts related to financial crime compliance and operational excellence.</li>
