As we expand into new markets, we are looking for an experienced and culturally fluent <b>Community Manager for the Korean market</b> to build, grow, and manage our local presence.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Role Summary</b></div><div>As our Community Manager for Korea, you will be the voice and face of the company in Korean-speaking communities. You will foster a vibrant, loyal user base and act as the bridge between our Korean community and the global team.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Responsibilities</b></div><div><b>Community Growth &amp; Engagement</b></div><div>Build and nurture our Korean-speaking community on platforms such as KakaoTalk, Naver Cafe, Twitter (X), Discord, and Telegram.</div><div>Design and execute community engagement campaigns, events, and content to grow active user participation.</div><div>Moderate and manage local community channels, respond to user inquiries, and surface key insights.</div><div><b>Localization &amp; Culturalization</b></div><div>Translate and localize marketing materials, blog posts, newsletters, and announcements.</div><div>Adapt global campaigns and content to the Korean market in a culturally sensitive and compelling way.</div><div><b>Advocacy &amp; Feedback Loop</b></div><div>Identify and empower local advocates, ambassadors, and content creators.</div><div>Gather feedback, suggestions, and sentiment from Korean users and relay it to product and marketing teams.</div><div><b>Partnership &amp; Ecosystem Support</b></div><div>Collaborate with local projects, influencers, media, and event organizers to increase brand visibility.</div><div>Represent the company at online and offline events, meetups, and AMAs in Korea.</div><div><br></div><div><b>Requirements</b></div><div><b>Experience:</b> 2+ years in community management, marketing, or growth roles in Web3, crypto, or tech startups. Proven experience managing Korean communities.</div><div><b>Language Skills:</b> Native Korean and fluent English communication.</div><div><b>Cultural Fluency:</b> Deep understanding of Korean crypto culture, platforms, memes, and influencers.</div><div><b>Tools Proficiency:</b> Familiar with using Discord, Telegram, Notion, Twitter, and analytics tools.</div><div><b>Self-Starter:</b> Comfortable working remotely and independently in a fast-paced, global environment.</div><div><b>Crypto-Native:</b> Genuine interest and participation in Web3, NFTs, DeFi, or DAOs.</div>
