<p style="min-height:1.5em">Monaco is building an AI-native revenue platform that replaces the fragmented GTM stack (CRM, sequencing, call recording, enrichment, pipeline management) with one unified system. We’re consolidating 6–10 disconnected tools into a single, purpose-built platform and redefining what’s possible when all the data lives under one roof in the age of AI - this is a category-defining shift, not an incremental improvement.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br />We launched publicly in Feb 2026 and are 50 people and growing. We have strong early product-market fit, creating millions in ARR in only a few months post-launch. Our founders are industry veterans who previously led companies like Brex, Apollo, and Clari.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br />Come join us if you want to be part of a high autonomy, high pace team reinventing one of the biggest categories in enterprise software.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>About The Role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’re looking for <strong>Client Operations </strong>to own the entire onboarding experience from signed contract to fully activated customer.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is a high-ownership, operations-heavy role that sits at the center of customer experience, product, and revenue. You’ll work directly with founders and revenue leaders to stand up their outbound motion inside Monaco, while also building and refining the onboarding engine as we scale.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You are both:</p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Operator</strong>: executing onboarding at a high level of quality and speed</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Builder</strong>: constantly improving the process, tooling, and experience</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Own onboarding end-to-end</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead the full onboarding process from contract signature through go-live</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run onboarding calls, align on ICP, TAM, signals, and outbound strategy</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure customers are activated quickly and successfully</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Drive speed to value</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate customer goals into a clear onboarding plan</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and deliver high-quality TAMs, signals, and outbound setups</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure customers are generating meetings as quickly as possible</p></li></ul><p styl
