Remove operational drag so the CEO's time goes to the highest-impact work, and make sure priorities actually get executed across the company.</p><h2>Responsibilities</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Recruit and manage the CEO's executive and personal assistant(s).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build AI infrastructure that gives the CEO leverage: personal agents, workflow automations, and internal tooling.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Take a meaningful share of operational and administrative load off the CEO (inbox triage, scheduling priorities, follow-through) so the CEO can focus on strategy and product.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Make sure no ball is dropped.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Make sure context flows to everyone who needs it.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Run a direct feedback loop, gathering signal from the team, partners, clients, and prospects.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare the CEO for meetings and decisions by gathering context, drafting documents, and pre-thinking options, so tim
