<p><strong>Role Overview:</strong></p> <p>We are seeking a skilled Chief of Staff who will be pivotal in driving strategic growth initiatives, enhancing operational efficiency within the leadership team, ensuring comprehensive OKR implementation, and assisting the founder with day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, business development, strategic planning, and operational management.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the Co-Founders and leadership team on company objectives, translating them into actionable workstreams</li> <li>Develop and communicate strategic road maps, corporate strategies, and business strategies</li> <li>Identify inefficiencies in existing processes, design improvements, and ensure these are rolled out effectively</li> <li>Lead or support cross-functional initiatives, setting timelines, milestones, and clear deliverables along with managing the orphan-functions in the organisation</li> <li>Lead, steer and facilitate the meetings with top management, understand the project planning, retrospective and backlog creation upon the different teams’ priorities, company strategy and vision</li> <li>Consolidate data from various sources to create dashboards and executive summaries</li> <li>Highlight trends, surface potential issues, and propose solutions for improvement. In addition, provide the leadership team with clear, actionable insights to inform decision-making.</li> <li>Support the development of frameworks that reinforce a high-performance culture—e.g., goal-setting, feedback loops, and recognition programs</li> <li>Tackle urgent or high-priority projects at short notice, using a combination of data analysis, stakeholder input, and creative thinking</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>6+ years of total experience with a minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting and 3+ years of experience into business operations, strategy, or a related role</li> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or similar experience is a plus</li> <li>Familiarity with Blockchain/Web3 domain is highly desirable</li> <li>Exposure to BI Tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is beneficial</li> <li>Familiarity with Project Management tools and agile methodologies</li> <li>Excellent written and verbal skills; able to simplify complex information for diverse audiences.</li> <li>Proactive in identifying and addressing challenges across the functions in the organisation</li> </ul>
