<h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Cantina is seeking a senior marketing leader to set and own the company’s marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market direction as we scale. This is an executive, strategic role focused on defining where we play, how we show up, and how marketing supports company growth</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will serve as a close partner to the executive team, responsible for shaping narrative, positioning, and GTM priorities across the business. This is a critical role for a company operating at the intersection of cybersecurity and Web3, where credibility, accuracy, and clarity matter deeply.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Set Marketing Strategy &amp; Executive Alignment:</strong> Define and evolve Cantina’s overall marketing strategy in close partnership with executive leadership, aligning positioning, GTM priorities, and growth initiatives with company objectives, product roadmap, and market dynamics.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Positioning, Narrative &amp; Brand Authority:</strong> Own Cantina’s core messaging, positioning frameworks, and long-term narrative. Define the strategy for content, research, and external presence that establishes credibility and category leadership.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Product &amp; Technical Partnership:</strong> Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Security Research leadership to shape how complex technical offerings are positioned and brought to market with accuracy and trust.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Strategic Leadership &amp; Quality Oversight:</strong> Provide strategic direction, prioritization, and quality oversight to the Marketing Director and team, while empowering them to manage day-to-day execution.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Demand &amp; GTM Strategy:</strong> Set the strategic approach to demand generation, pipeline support, and ecosystem growth, with a strong emphasis on quality, ICP focus, and trust-based marketing.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Executive &amp; External Communications:</strong> Advise leadership on external communications, announcements, and reputation management, particularly in high-stakes or sensitive situations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Measurement &amp; Accountability:</strong> Define success metrics, evaluate performance at a strategic level, and adjust direction based on results and market feedback.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Requirements</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Senior Marketing leadership experience in cybersecurity, security services, infrastructure, or other trust-based, highly technical B2B offerings. <strong>Strong preference for Web2 cybersecurity experience.</strong><
