You'll drive full-cycle hiring for Sales, Implementation, Customer Success and related roles while building scalable processes and running our referrals program. This is a high-ownership role with direct impact on the quality and speed of our business hiring.</p><h2><br /><strong>What you'll do:</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own full-cycle recruiting for business roles across Sales, SDR, Account Management, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, etc.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and improve recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and interview frameworks tailored to GTM hiring.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage and grow our employee referrals program.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner closely with leaders to understand hiring needs and deliver high-quality candidates quickly.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain strong pipelines and deliver an excellent experience for both candidates and hiring managers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track recruiting metrics and use data to continuously improve our hiring engine.</p></li></ul><h2><br /><strong>What we're looking for:</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with significant time spent hiring GTM roles.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven ability to build recruiting processes from the ground up.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong sourcing skills and experience running effective referrals programs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfortable in a fast-p
