<h1><strong>Job Title: Business Operations Specialist</strong></h1><h2><strong>About the Role</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">Auditless is scaling quickly, and we need someone who can keep the trains running while the tracks are still being built. You will own internal operations and project coordination, ensuring work gets done, deadlines are met, and nothing falls through the cracks.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This is not project management in the traditional corporate sense. There is no PMO, no rigid methodology, and no status meetings for the sake of status. You will create the systems that let us move fast without breaking things. You will be the first to notice when something is slipping, raise the flag early, and drive it to resolution.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You will also roll up your sleeves on audit work when needed. Whether reviewing workpapers, validating AI-generated procedures, or helping close an engagement, you are not above the work. Your audit background enables you to quality-check deliverables and spot issues before they reach clients.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Responsibilities</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate cross-functional projects from kickoff through delivery.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain operational systems, including task tracking, workflows, and documentation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; design and implement solutions.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own internal tooling, operational processes, and knowledge documentation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support hiring, onboarding, and team operations as the company scales.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Review and quality-check audit deliverables, including AI-generated outputs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Step into active engagements to support the team during workload spikes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Jump into whatever is needed—client calls, QA, research, workpaper review—to ensure smooth execution.</p></li></ul><h2><strong>Qualifications</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">1–4 years of professional experience, accounting experience a plus</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated experience in operations or cross-functional coordination.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience sufficient to review workpapers and validate deliverable quality.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Comfort with ambiguity, shifting priorities, and startup-level pace.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proficiency with modern tools or ability to learn tools quickly (project management, documentation, communication systems).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to drive accountabili
