This is a dynamic role that combines elements of business development operations, strategic support, and organizational management. You’ll play a crucial role in helping to streamline business processes, assist with key product launches, and manage internal and external business development (BD) initiatives.</p> <p>The Business Operations Lead is designed to be a strategic enabler for this mission. By owning the operational backbone of our go-to-market engine, you will remove friction, improve execution speed, and ensure the BD team operates at peak performance. You will serve as the “glue” between BD and its cross-functional partners, abstracting away internal complexity so the revenue team can focus on what it does best: winning business.</p> <h2><strong> </strong></h2> <h1><strong>WHAT YOU'LL DO</strong></h1> <p><strong><em>Core Business Strategy</em></strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic Advisory:</strong> Serve as a strategic right hand to the Chief Business Officer. Provide hands-on advisory across CRM strategy, internal process design, team organizational op model, data insights and day-to-day operational decision making.
