As a <strong>Business Operations &amp; Integration Lead,</strong> you'll work across the full integration lifecycle — from acquisition due diligence and transaction execution through integration strategic planning and integration execution. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who has driven integration projects in fast-moving, high-growth companies, ideally within fintech or other rapidly growing tech industries.</p><div style="min-height:1.2em;margin-top:0;margin-bottom:0"> </div><h2><strong>The Opportunity</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Execute integration programs across multiple acquisitions per year using Kraken's M&amp;A Integration playbook</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead the full integration lifecycle—from early diligence through 12–24 months post-close</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive workstream execution across product engineering, G&amp;A, and value creation tracks</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate deal thesis into detailed operational plans aligned to synergy targets and milestones</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain synergy tracking systems and hold functional teams accountable to execution timelines</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify and own extraction of emerging synergy opportunities post-close</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with executive stakeholders across Corp Dev, Product, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Legal</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain visibility into risk, timeline, interdependencies, and value realization across active integrations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration frameworks, templates, and operating rhythm</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1
