<p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Contribute to the development and execution of RippleX's Capital Markets strategy, setting priorities that impact the overall team and business objectives while positioning XRPL as a leading blockchain for institutional capital markets applications</li>
<li>Build and nurture strategic partnerships with investment banks, investment firms, financial market infrastructure providers and other capital markets institutions to drive adoption of blockchain solutions</li>
<li>Identify and pursue new business development opportunities at the intersection of traditional capital markets and blockchain technology, extending the XRPL ecosystem into institutional finance</li>
<li>Lead complex deal negotiations and partnership agreements with senior executives at major financial institutions, managing the entire lifecycle from initiation to closure</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with product, engineering, marketing, and trading teams at Ripple to develop use cases, solutions, and product-market fit for capital markets applications</li>
<li>Develop comprehensive business plans, proposals, and pitches to attract potential partners and effectively showcase Ripple's value proposition to institutional audiences</li>
