Your job is to find the right companies, reach them at the right moment, and fill the pipeline that drives Altitude’s growth.</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">The role of a BDR has fundamentally changed. You’ll partner directly with GTM Engineering to build an AI-powered outbound machine: identifying perfect-fit accounts, timing outreach to real signals, and running multi-channel campaigns across email, Telegram, X, LinkedIn, cold calls, DMs, and beyond. The goal is to spend most of your day on calls, qualifying real opportunities and handing them to the sales team ready to close.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’re not repeating the old outbound playbook. We’re building a new one: signal-driven, AI-native, and designed for a product that lives on the frontier of the future of financial operations.
