<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>As a Business Development Manager at Figure Lending, you'll help transform how contractors fund big-ticket home improvement projects. We're looking for a proven relationship builder who can go beyond one-off prospecting to develop partnerships with real scale: multi-location contractors, regional players, franchise operators, and growing organizations with meaningful project volume.</p>
<p>You'll own the full partnership cycle, from identifying and qualifying high-potential targets to structuring the relationship, launching it with our PDM team, and nurturing it through early growth.</p>
<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>

<li>Build and manage a pipeline of contractor and channel partnerships with an emphasis on volume potential and strategic fit</li>
<li>Develop multi-threaded relationships with owners, sales leaders, and operations teams at target organizations</li>
<li>Present compelling, solutions-driven value propositions tailored to each partner's business model and sales process</li>
<li>Coordinate onboarding and training with our PDMs to activate partners quickly and effectively</li>
