You’ll work closely with our Chief Revenue Officer and collaborate with our Revenue, Engineering and Product teams to drive adoption of Helius across top trading, infrastructure, and fintech teams. This is a high impact role where you’ll be one of our founding GTM hires and help shape the function from the ground up.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br />This is a highly strategic and hands-on role — you’ll close high-value deals and help shape how Helius brings new infrastructure products to market.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>About the Team</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">As Business Development Lead, you'll join our growing team as we enter our next phase of growth after growing revenue 10x in 2025. You’ll work directly with our Chief Revenue Officer in addition to working cross functionally with our Engineering, Product, and Operations teams.<br /></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Own the full sales lifecycle — from sourcing and discovery through negotiation and closing</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify and pursue strategic partnerships that accelerate adoption of Helius across the Solana ecosystem</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Become a deep product expert and guide customers through technical evaluations and integrations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work closely with Engineering and Product to inform roadmap priorities and remove customer adoption blockers</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with Produ
