<p><strong>Company Overview:<br></strong>Dialectic, a crypto-native organization of builders and capital advisors, is seeking an AI-native Business Analyst to join the team in Zug, on a full-time or part-time internship basis. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing team focused on investing in and building compelling software in emerging crypto and blockchain technologies.</p> <p>Dialectic acts as an advisor to multiple liquid crypto funds specializing in DeFi yield strategies, as well as venture activity focused on crypto/blockchain technologies.<br><br><strong>Job Summary:<br></strong>We are looking for a highly organized, AI-native self-starter to work cross-functionally across the organization — interfacing with Finance, Operations, Business Development, and other teams — on a wide variety of projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate is fluent in modern AI tools (LLMs, agents, copilots) and uses them as a default part of every workflow: from research and analysis to drafting documents to consolidating data and automating recurring processes. You’ll touch a bit of everything, which requires a “no job too big or too small” attitude. This role is ideal for someone curious about crypto, agentic finance, analyzing investments as well as organizational and personal optimization who wants to learn the ins and outs of a multi-strategy investment firm while building real AI-driven workflows.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Continuously identify opportunities to use AI/LLM tools to streamline workflows, automate repeatable tasks, and increase the productivity of the team.</li> <li>Conduct research on a wide range of topics and prepare reports, briefs, and presentations for potential investments — leveraging LLMs and agents to accelerate and deepen the work.</li> <li>Consolidate financial and operational data into spreadsheets and dashboards for analysis and data visualization.</li> <li>Run special interest and strategic projects as requested.&nbsp;</li> <li>Work cross-functionally across the organization, interfacing with Finance, Operations, Business Development, and other teams on ad-hoc projects and initiatives.</li> <li>Help develop and improve internal tools, strategies, and workflows to support the firm's operations and growth.</li> </ul> <p><strong><br>Key Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>AI-native: deep, daily fluency with modern AI tools (Claude code, agents, copilots, automation tools) as a default part of how you research, write, organize, and execute work.</li> <li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, and methodical, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively.</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communicat
