BD Operations Executive (Web3) at GRVT

<h2><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></h2><h3></h3><h3>1. Business Development Operations &amp; Execution</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support end-to-end execution of BD initiatives, including partner onboarding, launch coordination, and ongoing relationship operations.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Act as the operational point of contact to coordinate between BD and internal stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Finance).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track partner deliverables, timelines, and post-launch performance metrics.</p></li></ul><h3>2. Partner Onboarding &amp; Enablement</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinate onboarding processes for partners such as market makers, liquidity providers, brokers, and ecosystem collaborators.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support onboarding, API access, and operational readiness in collaboration with Compliance and Engineering teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare onboarding documentation, partner checklists, and internal SOPs.</p></li></ul><h3>3. Deal &amp; Pipeline Management</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain and update BD pipelines, CRM systems, and deal trackers.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Assist in drafting deal summaries, commercial terms, and internal approval documentation.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ensure accurate documentation, version control, and internal visibility of all BD activities.</p></li></ul><h3>4. Data, Reporting &amp; Performance Tracking</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Produce regular BD reports covering pipeline status, partner performance, activation metrics, and revenue-related indicators.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Analyze operational and commercial data to identify bottlenecks, risks, and optimization opportunities.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support management with ad-hoc analysis and dashboards related to BD initiatives.</p></li></ul><h3>5. Process Improvement &amp; Scalability</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help design, document, and improve BD operational workflows as GRVT scales.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify inefficiencies and propose tooling, automation, or process enhancements.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support implementation and adoption of internal tools (CRM, dashboards, internal trackers)</p></li></ul><h3></h3><h2><u>Job Requirements</u></h2><h3><br />Must-Have</h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">2–5 years of experience in Business Development Operations, Commercial Operations, Strategy Ops, or similar roles.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong understanding of crypto, DeFi, Web3, or trading infrastructure (DEX, CEX, liquidity, market making concepts).</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"
