You are currently based in The Netherlands . Have experience at a marketing agency, SaaS company, scale-up or another fast-paced environment. Have a growth mindset, you give and receive feedback, seek improvement, and you like to test new approaches. Don’t just execute, you ask “why” behind the brief and push for better outcomes Are confident managing internal and external stakeholders, while turning briefs into clear, actionable plans. Take ownership of projects while still collaborating effectively with your team and clients Can independently lead a project, client discussions and workshop presentation. Hands-on experience in performance marketing, content marketing, demand generation or revenue operations is a plus.
