This is a tremendous opportunity for an ambitious and driven lead operations professional to elevate their career to the next level!</p>
<p data-start="192" data-end="546">The Associate Director is a proactive and consultative leader responsible for delivering high-quality client outcomes while driving operational excellence across the full campaign lifecycle. This role oversees and develops a team of Campaign Managers, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and quality in campaign setup, execution, and delivery.</p>
<p data-start="548" data-end="1166">This position owns resource planning, revenue forecasting, and performance tracking, ensuring business continuity while continuously improving processes and workflows. Success in this role requires strong accountability, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, along with a commitment to lead quality and exceptional client service. The Director will act as a subject matter expert, building trusted relationships across internal teams and external partners. The ability to lead through change—adapting systems, workflows, and team structures while motivating teams to meet evolving business needs—is essential.</p>

Manage scheduling, including annual leave and handovers, while fostering strong collaboration across PODs, operations, vendors, sales teams, and clients.</li>
<li data-section-id="1h25549" data-start="1479" data-end="1679"><strong data-start="1481" data-end="1511">Campaign &amp; Data Expertise:</strong> Maintain a comprehensive understanding of lead types, delivery requirements, and global/regional data considerations, including data sourcing and privacy compliance.</li>
