This role is designed for a technical expert who understands the nuances of the capital stack and can navigate complex debt structures.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>This position supports US-based real estate transactions and financing structures. Experience working on US loan products, credit documentation, or US underwriting standards is strongly preferred.</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Reporting directly to the Capital Lead, you will play a pivotal role in how we finance, scale, and optimize our portfolio.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Key responsibilities</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Deal structuring &amp; execution:</strong> Architect complex debt instruments, including construction, bridge, and mezzanine financing. Lead the analysis of term sheets to optimize pricing, leverage, and flexibility.<br /><strong>(All transactions are tied to US real estate financing structures.)</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Advanced capital modeling:</strong> Build and maintain sophisticated, dynamic models to evaluate IRR, term sheets, and WACC.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Capital stack strategy:</strong> Recommend optimal funding strategies by balancing cost of capital against risk and operational constraints.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Lender relations &amp; syndication:</strong> Act as a point of contact for institutional partners and banks. Manage the "Due Diligence" vault and streamline the closing process for new credit facilities.<br /><strong>(This includes coordination with US-based lenders and institutional capital partners.)</strong></p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Portfolio surveillance:</strong> Proactively manage the debt maturity ladder and monitor key covenants (DSCR, LTV, LTC).</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2>Required qualifications</h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Experience: 3–6 years in Capital
