We bridge the gap between complex financial regulations and cutting-edge product engineering to protect our customers, support our business growth, and maintain corporate integrity.</p> <p>We are looking for an experienced and innovative credit attorney to join our product and regulatory counsel team as an Assistant General Counsel, reporting to the Director and Associate General Counsel, Derivatives, Banking, and IP at Robinhood. </p> <p>As an Assistant General Counsel, Credit Cards, you will serve as the primary legal architect and product counsel for our credit ecosystem, guiding multi-functional teams from ideation through launch. You will manage regulatory compliance, craft robust consumer agreements, and directly shape the future of our retail credit card and consumer banking initiatives! In this role, you’ll partner directly with our product, engineering, and compliance teams on consumer credit and consumer banking-related product launches! The successful candidate will be an engaged and resourceful self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and excellent at building strong relationships.
