Assets Protocol Engineer (Remote) at Lightning Labs

<p style="min-height:1.5em">We're looking for an experienced systems software engineer versed in applied cryptography, peer-to-peer networks, distributed systems, open source software, and cryptocurrency protocols such as Bitcoin. This role centers around design, implementation, and evolution of the Taproot Assets Protocol [2][3]. </p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ideal candidates should have a strong fundamental understanding of the core Bitcoin protocol, proposed updates to augment smart contracting functionality, and also widespread application standards such as PSBTs.
