<li><strong>Learn &amp; Grow: </strong>Deepen your expertise through code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical deep-dives. You’ll own medium-sized features end-to-end while continuing to sharpen your skills in mobile security and crypto.</li>
<li><strong>Collaborate: </strong>Work closely with designers, product managers, and other engineers to translate user stories into delightful mobile features.</li>
<li><strong>Own Features: </strong>Take full responsibility for feature development—planning, debugging, testing, and releasing to production—with an eye toward continuous improvement and scalability.</li>
<li><strong>Stay Curious: </strong>Explore the latest tools (Kotlin Coroutines/Flow, Jetpack Compose, Tink, etc.), share insights with the team, and champion best practices.</li>
