<p>Drive data driven decision making at Bitpanda by helping product, engineering, operations, finance and so many more teams collect, analyse and understand key metrics that drive growth that impacts millions of end users globally.</p>
<h4><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Contribute to the ongoing design of our core data model to support advanced analytics and business intelligence.</li>
<li>Unify business intelligence, data engineering and business stakeholders to build out data sets and models relevant to their core businesses.</li>
<li>Engage and collaborate with Finance and Operations to identify reporting needs and potential improvements.</li>
<li>Ensure high data quality of the core data layer with dbt models with Python and SQL.</li>
<li>Enable analysts across the whole organisation and streamline dashboard creation.</li>
</ul>
<h4><strong>Who you are</strong></h4>
<ul>
<li>Advanced experience with SQL, dbt and Python, hands-on experience with Airflow and BI Tools (Metabase, Tableau or similar) is considered a plus.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work, learn and grow across teams and functions.</li>
<li>Solid experience with data-modelling (dimensional modelling, OBT or star/snowflake schemas), data quality frameworks and data visualisation tools.</li>
