<div> <h2>The Opportunity</h2> <p>This is not a traditional Sales, SDR, RevOps or AI consulting role.</p> <p>We are looking for an AI-native builder to create, from zero, an outbound sales factory powered by AI agents — from data ingestion and lead enrichment to outreach, qualification, human handoff and learning loops.</p> <p>Your mission is to prove that outbound can become a repeatable, measurable and scalable acquisition channel for SMB merchants. You will combine AI agents, Python, SQL, experimentation, GTM strategy and deep customer understanding to build a system that finds the right merchants, approaches them with relevant context, learns from real conversations and hands off qualified opportunities to humans at the right moment.</p> <p>You will own the problem end-to-end: architecture, data, agent behavior, campaigns, funnel metrics, feedback loops and scale/kill decisions.</p> </div>
