You will be part of a high-impact engineering team, contributing to customer-facing products and internal platforms while embedding AI-first development practices into day-to-day engineering.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This role is execution focused: you will lead the design and delivery of high-quality fullstack solutions across frontend, backend, APIs, and cloud-integrated workflows, while helping shape technical direction and engineering standards.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br /><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex fullstack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Build responsive, performant, and reusable frontend components using React, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Develop scalable backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Node.js and Express.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Design and optimize data models, queries, and integrations using MongoDB and related persistence patterns.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">• Own technical solutions end-to-end, from architecture and development to testing, deploym
