In this role you will own the Figure HELOC post close process from beginning to end, leveraging your experience and expertise of the role to ensure we have recordable security instruments . The Post Close Operations Associate will manage all investor inquiries related to recorded deed of trust, note, assignments of mortgage, managing/shipping of trailing documents, as well as processing and recording of Assignments of Mortgage.
